Specially trained bartenders pull the famous beers of Belgium at Sydney's Belgian Beer Cafe - including Hoegaarden, Leffe and Stella Artois. The tables, chairs, bar, and mirrors are imported from Belgium - the look is designed to replicate the traditional Belgian bistro and has been recreated from architectural salvage - mostly with vintage pieces from the 1900s to the 1940s.
